WE ARE INTENTIONAL.
To lead is to have purpose. We believe LEADership to be an interminable movement, rather than a finite existence. It’s not about the role, it’s about the goal, and how we embody our position for the sake of others.
WE ARE AUTHENTIC.
We remain open and inclusive to one another, and see diversified thought and varying perspectives as a foundation to learn. We chose to LEAD with character, demonstrate intentionality and self-discipline, and never settle for what we already know. As a by-product, we aren’t afraid to go first and are willing to provide an authentic, genuine presence to those we lead and engage with.
WE ARE NO BULL.
Like waves in a busy ocean, we all go through our lives pushing in and pulling away from one another. Yet we believe our most vulnerable truths to be the underlying current that connects us all. Transparency is critical to building a strong, thriving community – and we understand that deep, impactful change is rooted in genuine relationships. We open up and take risks, we listen, and we speak from our souls.
