In February, we launched our first monthly LEADvilliage – and it was nothing short of a BLAST! Over 25 teens and women joined our tribe this Sunday morning for a 45-minute hearth thumping, leg burning workout followed by an authentic, vulnerably deep dive discussion about things we face on an everyday basis.
The primary goal of our LEADvillage workshops is to bring awesome women together for a fun, uplifting and enlightening morning. Research shows that we experience a higher sense of life meaning and purpose when we’re part of a community, have strong social bonds, and we are given the opportunity to reflect on pertinent issues which affect us with others. Our time together always revolves around progress in two equally vital and highly-connected areas: one’s athletic development (physical capacity) and one’s character building (mental competency). Join us to strengthen your body to fortify your mind…and while you’re at it, meet some other incredible women in your community!
